Since the family business “ZS Paegļi” established the café “Pannas” in 2005, formerly known as “Alusdārzs”, it has been delighting Talsi residents and tourists with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere for more than 20 years. The soul of this place is Talsi native Evita Afoņina, who also runs the tavern Ķīvīškrogs with the same warmth and energy.

Café Pannas is a place where modern atmosphere meets cozy small-town charm. We pride ourselves on an extensive menu that offers traditional Latvian and local flavors with a touch of world cuisine.
